EAT. Count your calories and count your grams of protein and fat and carbs. If you can't be bothered to do that, nobody here can help you. Increase your total calories slowly and adjust as necessary to see a very slow increase in bodyweight, maybe a pound a week. You also should be getting, as a rule of thumb, at least a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, daily. It is HARD to eat that much, but yuou gotta do it. Train heavy and keep the volume reasonable. Your workout should certainly take less than an hour. Don't neglect lower body. If you don't squat and deadlift, you probably won't grow for crap. Don't do 15 or 20 sets for one bodypart... half that number would be okay, though I prefer even less. Make sure you give each muscle a few days to recover before working it again. Get at LEAST 8 hours a night of sleep. If you do all that, it is possible to make the gains you want naturally. It is also IMPOSSIBLE to make them on gear, and keep those gains, if you don't have the experience, knowledge, intensity and dedication to make good gains naturally.

You sound like a youngster. If you are under 25 or so, you absolutely do NOT need gear to make the gains you want! Your test levels now are through the friggin roof if you are 16 to 25. When you juice, you shut down that natural test production, wasting your ability to produce it while you normally would be practically pissing test. Why waste it? It is legal, perfectly safe, free, and convenient.
