Im gonna run proscar on my next cycle, and i know that 1mga day can reduce DHT by around 65% and 1.25mg reduces it by 70% and I kow how it works. But, my question is does anyone know how long you need to be taking it before it has full effect and starts reducing DHT levels significantly? Thanks

I think its anywhere from three to six months
it's variable, but you see results in months rather than weeks - however it is probably at it's full 5AR inhibiting level within a few weeks. BTW dutasteride is more effective at reducing test->DHT conversion (1mg ED = 95% reduction in DHT)
