I was just wondering the other day about how AAS can effect you in the long term and if any permanent damage is done with each cycle?
Initialy I thought that if you ran "sensible" cycles and was sure to do things corretly and take the correct amount of time off inbetween cycles then there would be no permanent damage. This was more of an assumption than something I'd read or been told so I was just wondering if someone could clear this up for me.

I've seen no studies that say "sensible" cycles can cause harm.
IMO it's just like anything else in life...You abuse it....It's gonna bite ya.

Well if your using it in a sensible/non glutton way, correct PCT and take a few precautions- im sure it will be ok..
the key is to run what your supose to run, no more.....if you have that "more is better" philosophy going, ofcourse you might up your gains, but your upping serious health factors. Especially if its an early cycle for your body. And ofcourse there is pct, probably the most important phase of a cycle. Like mentioned, talking all precautions wont hurt.
When you say "precautions" do you simply mean regular PCT stuff like Nolva and Clomid? What precautions are essential?
yea, keep up on pct exactly how you arer suppose to....and avoid the more is better state of thinking until you know exactly what your body can handle.....learn how prone you are to sides.....stuff thats common sense, but people seem to ignore anyway...

it will def bite you if you abuse it, not an hour ago i was with my buddy aaron, 32, juiced up form 18-26, short breaksin between insane looking cycles. every morning he throws up because his liver is so shot, he cannot even keep down food, aaron will be lucky to make it to 42, just a shame, be safe fellas
There are certain risks to this lifestyle and while we can decrease the risks they still exist even on low HRT dosages. Do all you can to protect yourself and then if something happens it happens. Don't be fooled into thinking there is no danger or possible price to pay down the road.
as long as u know what u r doing, not doing crazy cycles, taking proper down time inbetween cycles and proper pct the long term damgae should be minimal if any.
Are there any real studies on the subject?
I mean, I have been smoking, drinking and doing cannabis. I doubt roids will even get close to the late sides of those things.
Put all togheter, what is more dangerous, not working out and not eating healthy at all, or doing so and doing roids?
