This may seem an odd cycle, but theres a purpose.. I am trying to figure out a cycle that supports collagen growth. I was thinking of Var and EQ.. Any suggestions?

why do you want to support collagen growth?
Because my elbow tendons are very bad

EQ is in every one of my cycles and has worked great for my sore joints. Or deca I see no reason for the var.
apperantly according to some resources var helps with collagen synthesis
seems to me deca would be a better choice then eq
Never heard that before do you have something I can read about that?Quote:

I know deca works alot better than Eq for joint/tendon/over all pain for not just me, but every single person I know that's tryed the two. Just another option to think about bro..
True just I would have to run test with that, as far as I know if I used Var and EQ I would be ok without test ..Quote:

I have joint problems to, but these 3 won't kill all the pain. I'v been on these for 1 1/2 years. I definatly helps ,but deca and eq work wonders. My advice just work thew it, that's what do jmo.Quote:
