    soreness

    hey guys i just started my 5th cycle and its all tren /prop, just looking for some tips on how to make the shots not as sore the next day. Probably just b/c its been about 10 weeks since i have had any injects but seems like these tren/prop shots are a little more sore than average.

    add a little more sterile oil to each shot...and tough it out

    ibuprofin. Massage the site thoroughly. Heat pads. Dilute, if possible. Be a tough guy and just deal with it. I don't know... prop just friggin hurts, all there is to it. You have my sympathy... cause I need yours when I run MY next prop/fina cycle!
