Thread: Eating Habits

i'm 5'9'' 170, and this is my 2nd wk of my cycle. i usually take in about 3500 calories a day with probably around 200-250 g of protein (including shakes). i wanna hit 185 (of more of course) during my cycle so if i lose anything i will be at 180. how much more calories should i take in to hit my goal?
