    rotate shots in thighs?

    im running prop ed so i was wondering if you could hit the 2 or 3 big muscles in my thigh one after the other, or should i stick to one shot per leg a week or w/e?

    if ur doing ED shots, rotate to more than just your thighs, only inject one muscle per week

    ya i know, i will rotate my injects, but i was just curious if you could hit each small muscle in the thigh, so like 2 injects in each thigh a week.

    I guess i would have to say it all depends on the person. In my opinion, I personally would not hit one right after the other b/c of soreness and things of that sort. I would hate to walk around with my right or left leg sore all the way up or whatever. I get sore a little when I shoot once a week in my thigh. I could not imagine my whole area being sore. If you dont get sore very easy, you could try one leg and see. BUt i think i would probably hit one in the thigh and hit some other spots and 3-4 days later come back to another muscle in the thigh if you want to do that. I go right delt, left delt, right thigh, left thigh, right glute, left glute, right tri, left tri and then start over. if you do decide to try the one after the other, post your results with how it went and all or IM me. I would like to know. I like to keep some other spots handy just in case. Good luck bro. Peace.

    For Prop you will need 6-8 locations (i.e., delts, Glutes, thighs & pecs.)

    use quads and pecs on m-w-f for test e, eq and tren
    delts and tris for tren on tu-thurs-sat-sun

    i do prop ed 2cc, i inject quad only, left -right - left - right
    some time i inject same place twice in two days,,,
    i can't do delt, and i can't do glute..........

    Do you inject into a painful spot over and over? Why is glutes difficult for you? Delts is the easiest IMO, but ya need more than just thighs.

    I am injecting prop ED (75mg). I rotate through delts, quads, tri's, using left and right side and i find this is ok.
