This Sucks!!!

Has anyone ever experienced underdosed BD bottles... man i know you have to account for some minor drippage and little drops when you get air out but this bottle is short one whole ml. i was lookin forward to my normal amount now i had to tap another to get the proper amount.. hopefully one of the other ones is filled higher... anyone ever come up short a cc or more? is this odd?

ive come up a little bit less than half a cc short, mayve been from how i was drawing or somethin not sure
