Ok, I know Im not supposed to overtrain during PCT, but Im not sure how to go about it. Should I just do lighter weights, even if I can go heavier or is more a rep issue?

Ok, I know Im not supposed to overtrain during PCT, but Im not sure how to go about it. Should I just do lighter weights, even if I can go heavier or is more a rep issue?
Time in gym and rep issue... So keep workouts under 45minutes and intensely by doing heavy weights and less reps(and sets if you were into volume training).
Keep eating that protein and any other supplements like creatine as well as sleep.
I was doing heavy weight, 3-4 sets. So just keep lifting as heavy as I can, just keep the reps and sets lower?
