needle size for body parts?

Whats a good needle gauge/length for the quad and delt?

i use 5/8 for delt, be nice to have a 1'' but i just stick it all tah way in, works fine

for quads I use a 23g X 1"

I use 25 gauge 1" for all body parts except glutes in which I use 23 gauge 1 1/2"

check out spotinjections alot of good info there! Usually for delts I use 5/8 25 gauge but Im lean if you have more fat then 1inch 25 gauge will work typically. For quads I use 1inch 25 gauge and glutes 1.5inch 23 gauge!

delts 23 or 25g 1in
guad 25g 1in or 5/8
glute 22 or 23g 1.5
