Ok well im curious as to how many actually do enough cardio.....
I myself run 1-2 miles Minimum ED + Jump Rope EOD on top of that for 1 Hr straight. Inbetween the days that I jump rope ,I do Abs. This seems to work vary well.

I like the stairmaster, but it doesnt do for me what running does. Just IMO running is king of all cardio.
If you do another form of cardio just try and make a best guess with your vote.
Thanks guys..

I do 40 min X 3 times a week - a mixed program of running and plyometrics (repetitive jumping moves) and some kick boxing sh*t to mix it up. I train abs on the days I do cardio. Been cutting since June 1 and doing 3 days of circuit training also (lighter weight more reps no rest between sets) So far so good - gettin some good def and droppin fat. 1 day off per week

my girl and i just recently broke up... she was a great workout - so now that sex is out... i hit up the treadmill 5 times a week before my workout for a good 20 mins or so.
On my off days, I'll ride my bicycle 10-15 miles.

i used to wake up , take some fat burners and run outside , but it was harder to gain muscle and put on weight , although i stayed very lean , and it was harder on the joints than using the bike and treadmill , i found that doing 45 mins every morning on a empty stomach on the bike/treadmill allowed me to put on muscle as well as stay lean

Can't say how many miles, but I hit the eliptical for 45 mins/4 days a week. I keep it at a resistance of 10, until the last two minutes.

running is terrible for bodybuilding. Too easy to get the heart rate too high, and way too much on the knees. You'd benefit much more from a brisk walk or stairmaster for 40 minutes

About 2 miles everyday, well 5 days, in the AM and fast walk so that translates into about 20-30min for boosting metabolism. I do not run for athletic endurance(can be catabolic).

I run 2-4 miles every other day (4-6km for the Canadian bro's). I hate it, but I do it 'cause I need too.
Plus, I feel great afterwards. Breathe nice and easy and I no longer loser my breathe running up the stairs.
Yesterday, for example, I was playing soccer with a few friends for the first time in a few years and after about 20 minutes I was the only guy still running full out. Felt good to be the only guy in shape. Haha...

I just want to add 1 point..Ive seen some thread and some post about HBP.
I dont have any scientific studies to back up my personal claim (because I feel it works for me and i dont feel like googleing somthing for an hour) but I thought i had HBP and actually I did for awhile it was an aveage of 150-160/80 , yeah thats not good, too high. As soon as i started running ED it went from that to below normal now its been maintained @ 120-130/75 for along time now with no medications...
I personally feel it could help in soo many ways including HBP if they started doing some Cardio exercises, dont have to jump in it all @ once but start somwhere.
anyway thought i had to say that..JMO

I use a Nordic cross trainer (arms & legs at same time) 3 x a week for 30mins at 65% of MHR. This I find easy on the knees and gives an all over workout
