I agree with reading and reading some more. Also use that search option up there. That is alway helpful. You should find everything you are looking for. If you see a word or abreviations.....just search them. and read the threads on them. It just takes some time to learn what ya need to know....but i can assure you ......the more you understand about it......the better off you will be. It was for me.

on the other hand.....you are gonna be looking at something like Test E at 500 mg per week for 10-12 weeks. With proper PCT and a good diet. You will see some very similar to that. plan up what you want to take and all and repost with your stats like weight and goals and all. then you should get more advice on how to fine tune it.
