3rd cycle help for friend

Ok here is the dilemma....

He has taken 2 cycles of sust and deca. He has gained a good
amount of mass but not as much as he wanted to. His first cycle
was 200mg deca and 250mg sust a week. He gained a good 10lbs. This cycle he did 300mg deca and 250mg sust again.
I know what you guys think... Not a good move... Because he looks like he is barely getting any gains.... Since he has to take a break after the 2nd cycle for 10 weeks he is wants to plan for his third. He likes to take sust and deca again and maybe add dbol next time. He is 5'10, 165lbs and 7% body fat. Works out 6 times a week and is 24 years old. He wants to gain another 20 lbs of muscle. What should he take and how much for his next cycle.
It looks as though he wasted this cycle.

well if he likes the deca sust cycle...why doesnt he do something like this....upping the dosage of what he was taking to what it should have been in the begining...and adding the dbol ..he should gain some good quality mass...

weeks 1-8
sust 500mg pr wk
deca 400mg pr wk

weeks 1-4
dbol 40mg ed

weeks 9,10,11
clomid 50/100/50

alsomake sure to have an anti-e on hand just incase

you cant forget the training and the diet...only with this will you see the rresults you or "your friend" wants to see...

Test. Mix in some test. It should give him some good results. Test is the best!!!!!!

Sust is Test...4 different esters but it's still a test. I assume you know that, and you mean get either Enanth,Cyp or something along the lines that. Bro, you can stick with Sust, but up the dose to 500mg and Deca 450mg (so it's easy to measure).
Maybe, if you want either frontload both, or throw in some dbol. But at 5'10 165, with 10lbs of gaining means you started at 5'10 155, that's pretty light. Make sure to remember to eat! That's the most important, along with rest and training coming in at a close second.

I would recommend cnyce89's cycle. It will put on 20lbs easy. If the training and diet are there. The reason your friend isn't seeing high results are the low doses. 200/250mg is too low. Also the d-bol will give him huge gains.

How far into his 2nd cycle is he. The deca and sust won't take effect till his 4th or 5th week. Maybe thats why he isn't seeing results yet. Also what's his diet like. How many cals a day. At 6 days a week he might be over working himself also. His muscles need time to rest.
