can I bridge this cycle (deca/eq/winny/test E/ with these ... ! after a 13week cycle
hey ,
im 21 , I've been doing a couple cycles before
(even tho Im too young to be using aas in the first place ! ) ....mostly Deca 400mg a week + Winny and Test E cycles.
Im about 172 cm / 74 kg .... not much body fat, pretty lean ...
im in the middle of my 13 week cycle right now .. im at the end of week 7
I have 3 questions that I would like to get answered ! further down ..
but first ... a little more info .....
this is what my cycle looks like :
(I posted this earlier but never got an answer to my question, and yes I've been searching the forum for answers.)
Week 1-7 - 1x - 200mg 2ml Deca durabolin (organon, yellow top)
Week 1-7 - 1x - 1.5 Ml EQ
Week 7-13 - 2x - 200mg 2ml Deca Durabolin
Week 7-13 - 1x - 50mg 1ml Winstrol Depot (ED) + 20mg tabs oral ...
Week 8-14 - 1x - 250 mg Test Enhanateh (I KNOW , I should've ran it from the start, but I couldnt get any .... and I started the cycle anyways ... bad..bad..bad.. better late than never riight ? ) :scratch:
Week 16 - PCT
PCT starts :
3 weeks (21 days) after the DECA injection,
2 Weeks (14 days) after the Testo E,
question 1 : PCT !
Is is sufficent enough to go with "clomid only" , like this :
100mg ED for 3 weeks ?
or should I run it like this :
day 1 : 300mg
Week 1-2 : 100 mg ED
Week 3-4 : 50 mg ED
or should I add in some Nolvadex / HCG ? .. if so .. how much ?
Question number 2 : ADD TESTO E ???
Since I didn't run a proper cycle with testo E from the start ...
should I add in the testo E now (in week 8) or not ? ....
Question 3 : CYCLE BRIDGE
I also have :
3x boldabol 200/ 10ml (BD)
2x Tri trenabol 150 / 10ml (BD)
1x Decabol 250 / 10 ml (BD)
100x Naposim, 5mg Dianabol tabs ,
4x Testo Enhanateh 250mg/1ml
60x Primobolan, 50mg Tabs (BD)
I would really like to keep going with another cycle right after this one ....
since I always stay motivated and keep everything in check when Im cycling ...
Any suggestions of what I should add and If I can do one right after im done with this one ?
I searched the forums for cycle bridges ..but couldnt find anything that would help me out ...
I do cardio 4 times a week, the "stairmaster" or I just jogg for 40 minutes early in the mornings on an empty stomach ...
then when I get home ... I eat breakfast etc....and go to the gym again for my regular workout schedule ...
I do not eat any fat ... (maybe some olive oil when I cook food) ...and try to have a higher intake of proteins ...and not as much carbs ....
is this good enough ?
I would like to gain wheight , lean muscle .....I want to wheight about 80 kg
when Im done .... and be ripped , ... (thats why I loove winny) ... any suggestions guys ! ?
