i have been reading a lot lately because i had injured my back, but there was really no event that injured it. do steroids as a side effect cause lower back pain/cramping/spasms??? if i can bear it, which i can, is it cool to lift through this? anyone with experience or input would be appreciated, thanks fellas
oh yes fyi i am on prop 150mg Ed and tren a 75mg EOD

What week are you at with your tren? Sometimes I get massive pumps when working back that I actually have to take a few minutes to let it go down before another set. Tren will cause the pumps
