    My First Cycle Results

    Hey bros just thought i'd share here for what it's worth

    here was my cycle

    Test E 600mg EW 1-11
    Deca 400mg EW 1-10
    Winny 50mg ED 8-12

    10mg novla ED

    I started about 171, hit a peak of 200, and have leveled out around 194 - 196

    noticably larger, and gained 100 or 115 lbs in my bench... can't remember where I was exactly when I started the cycle.



    I was thinking this is gonna be my only cycle, but i'm tempted to do another one after i've had my time off.
    we'll see I suppose....

    wheres the pics? so did u only do 10mg of nolva thru out the cycle or 4pct

    how long you been on pct and how much have you lost I can imagine with the gear you used some of that will be water retention!

    I can borrow my friends digital camera and snap some...

    I did 10mg Novla during the entire cycle, and have upped it to 20mg ed for my pct.

    I have been on pct since june 27th so... just a month exactly.

    for pct i've been doing 20mg novla ed and have been running clomid. 100mg ed for 10 days.

    Awesome results! Getting ready to do a similar cycle - do you feel the nolva @ 10mg /day helped with water retention? I'm gonna run 10 mg / day also....

    yeah I didn't really get any noticable water bloat. I'm sure it had to do with the novla.
    I did a little cycle of dbol once before and I could feel the bloat... I felt squishy.
    I ordered the novla from ar-r .

    I highly recommend running it the entire time. My friend did the same cycle as I did, except he didn't run the novla and you could see it in his face after a while, and it returned to normal once he got off... there was no noticeable difference in me.

    So you have lost no weight since you got off your cycle a months ago?

    I lost around 6lbs. I've been flip flopping between 194-196, the past couple weeks. Lowest I hit was 193.

    my peak weight was 200.4

    where did u get ur nolva and clomid from i was think about gettin it from that banner on the top right but not sure if anyone got it from there yet

    lifter05 - I bought my clomid from my guy, but I got the novla from ar-r .com

    onthecumup - damn hell of a tricep first off... impressive!
    I tried to shoot for eating around 4000 calories a day. All good stuff. No sweets, no chips, no french fries, no soda, didn't drink any alcohol for the duration of the cycle.
    (well... maybe once or twice)
    I eat out fairly often, but I would get steaks or burkers, and avoid a lot of the things on the side. I ate a protein shake most every day. Things like chili and other high protein / fiber foods. Lots of pasta with lots of chicken.

    pretty much if it wasn't processed and it was sitting in front of me I would eat it.

    i'd say my average calorie intake ranged from 3000 - 4000 a day
