    noobie looking for help

    Im 5'6'' 156 lbs 25 years old Ihave been working out for about 2 years. seriously for about 6 months looking to start my first cycle would like to get up to 180-200lbs dont really know F/A about the juice can anyone please help get me in the right direction. Thanx

    Well to answer your question...I don't think you should start right now. You haven't really hit a plateau...you still have some muscle growth left in you. Most of the people here exhaust their natural limit first. Wait till you hit 180ish.

    ur best bet would b to stick around the board for a lil while till u learn enough bout what you want to put into your body

    test En250/10wks. I put on around 30lbs, kept about 20. Then clomi for pct. I wouldnt jump into anything crazy for your first. Keep nolva on hand also just incase you might be prone to gyno.

    The profile forums would be a good start. Decide what your goals are and do a little reading. Then head on over to the diet forum. Use the search function alot, it is a good tool. Stick around and take in all the info you can handle this is a good site and a great place to start.
