    Wider Waist

    What are some excersises you can do to make your waist wider. Im not talking about getting a belly. Do squats work or whate else?

    I dont know why you would want your waist wider...but if that is your goal, doing oblique exercises with higher weight will bulk up your midsection.

    I don't know why you would want to do such a thing.The smaller the waist the bigger you look.

    Deadlifts can thicken the midsection due to the isometric/conc/ecc contractions throughtout the pull

    I squeezed into 30" levis yesterday, and they were tighter in the quads and calves than the waist. Neener, neener! Was wearing 34 a couple months ago. I am gonna toss everything bigger than 32 so I know when my bulking is getting out of hand LOL!

    I have 29 inch thighs so i need jeans that are really big around the waist to accomadate my thighs like a 36-38 inch waist. Even then i rub holes in them very quickly in between the legs.
