What Should I Know Before My First Shot?

Ok fellas, i'm about to do my first shot next week and i figured i'd try to collect some information about what i need to do. I have a good site that shows how and where to take the shots, so thats done.

- What size needles do you recommend?

- Anything i should do before i take the shot? or after i take the shot?

- Anything i'm missing?

i use a 23 guage 1 1/2 inch needle and you should always use rubbing alcohol apply before and after. make sure there isnt any air in the syringe and asperate

Also make sure you massage the site of injection for a good couple mins, good luck with your gains bro

make sure to swab the vials and to let the alcohol on them evaporate. Also use a clean needle every time. but most of all ASPERTATE!!!!!!!!!

i use 25 gauge 1 inch needles.. give some thought to doing your first shot in the quads... it is definetley the easiest site to hit... make sure u r seated and as relaxed as possible.. u will probably feel a little light headed while shooting, it's just nerves... good luck

I extract my compund with a 20 gauge need and inject with a 23, If you use a multi dose vial with a rubber cap it will dull the needle a little bit before you inject yourself, if you don't switch it out. also the larger gauge allows for easier extraction.

I posted my question about it in this thread, someone tried to explain it to me but i'm left with 1 question, hopefully someone browsing this thread can either answer me here or in the other one...

asperate is when u have injected into the muscle and u pull back on the plunger a little... if u see blood in the syringe then thats no good... if u see a little air bubble appear then u r good to go...

just poke it in then pull back on the plunger and look for little air bubbles NOT BLOOD
then start pushing take about 1 minute to push it in slow is the key

And don't worry if there is blood in the syringe. It's still good to use. Just pull it, inject it on another site,aspirate , and inject. Personally I recommend the delts the first time. Enjoy.

im sure you have read how to do the shoot and aspirate . juyst make sure you wash your hands berfor you shoot. try not to get all worked up. if you start to shake berfor the injecting dont shoot take 5 min to chill and retry.

So when you ASPERTATE, if you do see blood do you just move to a new site and do the same thing all over again? And do you push the blood you got from the old site in as well?

ya bro, it's your blood. I'm a bit anal with my shots though. If I aspirtate and get some blood in it then i actually swap out the pin just so I have a brand new sterile tip goin in me.
