I looked but i didnt really see any sections where to post so i figured this would get seen by the most amount of people.
I was at the gym doing curls and i believe my hands were too close together on the bar and i seemed to have injured the tendant in my arm/outside wrist. I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar injury, thanks

both of my wrists hurt like hell after i curl.....i tried tape, wrsits wraps everything nothing helps....but i can stand the pain.....it goes away about an hour hafter i lift or so

when doing straight bar curls, my wrists used to hurt like hell. I started taking glucosomine/chondroiten with MSM. Took about 2 weeks to take effect and the pain actually completely disappeared! Try it out!

i take that glucosomine and it doesnt do much help with my wrist but shoulders are a differnt story 3 weeks and the pain was gone
