Thread: Rectus femoris ?

Rectus femoris ?
I've been hitting the Vastus lateralis as part of my rotation. I'm considering hitting the Rectus femoris as an additional site.
Does anyone have any experience with this site and do you have any tips or suggestions ?
Thanks in advance.

I shot myself in the mid quad. I just use a 23 gauge 1.5 inch

What were you injecting?
Did you hit any nerves or vessels?
Was there any soreness as compared to the side quad?
What is your favorite color?

Alrighty then, I just injected each middle quad and everything went just fine.
Both woo and hoo.
Actually was smoother than hitting outer quad.
