1st cycle only test cyle wat do u think

22yrs old 210lbs 6'0. Was thinkin about doin
weeks 1-10
deca 250mg a week
weeks 1-11
test cyp 300mg
but then i was told just to do test cyp for about 8-10 weeks to see how my body reacts. But i have also read the when doin deca u keep more of your gains. I dont want to do test for 10 weeks then once i stop lose everything..it makes no sense. Will the right pct help me keep most of my gains if i only do a test cycle?
And what should i take for ancillary drugs. Propecia and arimidex? or just arimidex and nizoral?

The deca dosage looks a little low I would shoot for about 400mg given your current weight and 400mg of test cyp also. I would run test for 12 weeks instead of 11. Then start PCT in about 14 days after. Also since this is your first cycle you could run just test and make good gains. JMO

500mg/week Cyp, with proper PCT will give you great gains. Just train hard and it like a horse and you won't regret it.

so is a dose like 300mg be plenty or should i take 400mg a week. Prob just goin to take it in one shot instead of shooting twice. and is propecia recommened goes test converts to dht.

I would bump the dosage up to anywhere from 400-500mg/wk shooting 200-250mg mon and then another thur. IMO injecting all @ once is not going to be good for your blood levels, shooting Test E every 3.5 days, you'll keep the blood levels more constatnt.

so injecting 200mg of test cyp on mond and 200mg on thurs. is that good while takin arimidex .5mg everyday and then clomid for post cycle. and can some one plz tell me if i should take propecia or avodart for hair loss i dont knw if i am goin to get it every1 in my moms side has hair my grandfather has a full set of hair or is it in our father's side they lose some of their hair but not a lot

Yes, taking 400mg/wk is a good 1st cycle bro. I would run it for 12 weeks as well. Also run nolva with clomid for your PCT. l-dex is fine. As for the propecia, I personally havent lost any hair(just the normal amount you loose everyday) so you should be fine w/o it.

thanx for the replies ill keep you guys posted.
my measurements naturally are:
arms 17.5"
chest 48"
calfs 16"(working on them so hard to get them growing)
havent really measured other parts but im pretty proportioned.
Hopefully afta the cyle my arms will be close to 20 and my calfs will be bigger. Wat do u think is this realistic ive grown alot naturally now with test i hope will get better results.

You should grow as long as your diet and w/o program is correct.
