dude, I pop all over, I mean almost everywhere. My shoulder pops when I rotate it sometimes, it's loud enough somebody sitting 20 ft away would be alarmed. My right knee pops, my elbows pop, if I were to do pushups you'd hear my elbows snap on every one I did. Hell, sometimes my lower back will crack when I take a shit, the pushing will actually crack part of my ****ing back, no joke.

When you get my age, you get used to all the popping and crackling sounds.

hey bro I have the same problem and have seen may speacialsts, I've been told that this happens all the time to steroid users it is called tendonitous. the fact is that since you muscles are what the steroids make storger and bigger allowing you to lift more weight it leaves your tendonts at harm puttng all the starin on them and latter if not treated soon will start to ruin the rotator cuff and leave you permentally injured. Some times you have to learn the hard way

It may just be gas escaping from the synovial fluid. I get it and was told by a specialist it's perfectly normal.

I get popping in my shoulders too - especailly during / after military presses.
No pain - just the sound / feeling. I'm definitely in the glucosimine / chondroitin camp. I use Osteo Bi Flex triple strength and it works great. Just make sure you take it every day. Oh yea and stretch your shoulders really well beore / after workout.

yeah, my shoulders make all kinds of noise. I find if I really stretch them good before and after shoulders day, they quiet down significantly

DirtyVegas, I'm gonna do those exercises from now on just to be safe.

They won't make me fart like fatties in yoga, will they?
