fellas quick question. I have been researching b-12 and I wanted to start this new thread in regards to the difference between B-12 injectable and B complex injectables?

How come you would need to use both b complex and b12?

you would use more because the amount found in them are for an average male or female. most of us don't fall into that category, so the dosages are off for our purposes.

i take b12 and b6 on top of a b complex...the b6 in the morning, the b12 before workout, and the b complex with my evening meal.

one form isn't superior to the other, but it is easier to get the proper dosage of what you want if you stick with single vitamins.
