Since the sust blend has prop in it, 1 shot a week will effectively render 50mg of test useless.
Run it at least 500mg shot E3D
Do you mean 250mg E3D? Total of 500mg per week? If he's a newb to AAS I don't think he should run a gram of Sust per week. I'd go with 500mg per week bro. I think that's what daem was trying to say.Quote:

Wouldnt say it was useless as Ive seen plenty of people blow up on just 250mgs of test. If you plan on taking just a test and all you can afford is 1 bottle I would go with Test Enanthate or Cypionate.
