first one is all on the mass of ur muscle the more mass the more it can hold
i would run the nolva the whole cycle and a little after it ends
later
Ive seen 3cc @ once, on the quad, obviously you can't do that on your delt or smaller muscle group. What is your cycle layout?Quote:

3cc is the most often quoted figure. I have shot 3.25cc and I know some guys who buy 5cc syringes because they often go 4 or 5 in glutes but 3 is a good number to go by. That only applies to glutes, maybe MAYBE to quads if you are fairly big there. Normally 2 to 2-1/2cc quads and 1-1/2cc pecs and 1cc delts or triceps. If you are pretty big, you can work up to higher amounts. If not, you just have to inject more often.Quote:

Otherwise, run it in a low dose right from the start. Once you start, do not stop until the end of pct or you will find yourself in an estrogen situation like you wouldn't believe. I have seen that after nolva is discontinued, gyno may occur due to nolva only blocking estrogen to the receptors behind the nipples....something like arimidex/letro could stop steroids from aromatizing quite a bit
over 3 ccs makes me very sore

i can shoot up to 2 cc's in my delt with out any problem.
my max injection is 4.5 in glute only .
