I am getting ready to start clen, this is my second time using and the first time I was told to use it everyday for 3 months from sources out here. Now I see it should be done a week on and off, also seen that it should be done 2 weeks on and off. So which is it for best results??? I am 202lbs, 12% body fat and am trying for 5% in 3 months. thanx guyz...
the best way to use Clen. is by monitoring ur body temp. since clen works by elevating body temp. about .75 degree. so once ur body temp. is back to normal u should get off and wait about 3-4 weeks then go on again.
most people stay on about 4 weeks before their bodies temp. drops back to normal which means time to get off.
