I am getting ready to start clen, this is my second time using and the first time I was told to use it everyday for 3 months from sources out here. Now I see it should be done a week on and off, also seen that it should be done 2 weeks on and off. So which is it for best results??? I am 202lbs, 12% body fat and am trying for 5% in 3 months. thanx guyz...
