need clarification on clen cycles

I am getting ready to start clen , this is my second time using and the first time I was told to use it everyday for 3 months from sources out here. Now I see it should be done a week on and off, also seen that it should be done 2 weeks on and off. So which is it for best results??? I am 202lbs, 12% body fat and am trying for 5% in 3 months. thanx guyz...

the best way to use Clen . is by monitoring ur body temp. since clen works by elevating body temp. about .75 degree. so once ur body temp. is back to normal u should get off and wait about 3-4 weeks then go on again.
most people stay on about 4 weeks before their bodies temp. drops back to normal which means time to get off.

People disagree on this issue. If you look at Hookers profile of clen it says you can stay on clen if you run 50-100mgs of benadryl every third week. Others say 2wks on 2wks off is most effective.(running an eca stack in the off week) Personally I dont like to stay on it more than 2 weeks at a time.
