quads or glutes
I'm planning on starting my first cycle in about 6-8 weeks. It just seems for me that it would be easier to shoot in my quads, they are lean, thick, and right there in front of me as opposed to my glutes. Is it better to shoot in the glutes than the quads? Or is it all sort've just preference?

Quades are easier to shoot in, but u'd need to rotate bro. i usually rotate between quads and glutes to avoid scar tissues. but that depends on how many injections per week u r planning on doing.

anyhow i wouldent shoot the same muscle more than once every 4 days.

i'd probably be doing something like...250 mgs of test-e in right quad on mondays, 250 mgs of test-e in left quad on thursdays/fridays??? is that too much or would that be causing scar tissue if i didn't rotate to the glutes?

I rotate from L/R glute to L/R quad. I find glutes the easiest.. it was harder for me to walk after shooting the quads.. but that could just be me... good luck bro

Go wild, do delts, quads and glutes
Seriously though bro, try each site maybe 2-3 times and see how you get on with them
You might find some easier than others
Or you might not like the feeling of shooting certain muscles
You'll only find out by giving it a go

for right handers....what is the easiest way to inject your left glute.....i used to be able too but im bigger now and it seems like i cant twist around all the way without my side hurting......any hints

Left glute = Left hand

Well.. Im not that big yet, but it was getting difficult for me too and I just get my buddy to do it...plus I know its all in yer head, but the less I see, the less pain I seem to get. Kinda weird cuz Ill shoot a 19 guage into my quad, and it dont bother me.. but if I dont see it done, it seems to be easier!! freaky......
IMO, theres less chance of the needle moving and causing unneccesary pain when someone else is doing it. I twisted the wrong way in the glute once and WHOA!! Wont be doin that again...

I love glutes because they are painless for me, but I'm starting to like doing quads now. If I use 25 guage 1.5 pin it keeps the pain down for quads. Before I was using 23 guage.

was in love with shootin quads until i sarted shootin delts... they r not as easy as quads to shoot, but man they r painless and seem to handle the gear real well... was sore the first time i shot each delt, but i think that was from them bustin there gear cherry... have not been sore since...

My delts got punished 4 times in a row.....Man they were sore..But it was always a 23 guage.. I wonder if a 25 would make that big of a big difference??

If you choose the glutes, make sure you stretch frequently. You'll find that as you get thicker throughout the cycle, it becomes a pain in the ass to turn your body the way you have to for a glute shot.
