lump and sore nipples after 1-week on

It's only been 2 injections of Test Cyp and 1-week of Dbol at 40 mg ED and I noticed just today both nipples are sore and I have a small lump adjacent to my left nipple. I was not running any arimidex or nolva but I have both on hand. Ive gained about 7 or so lbs this week alone, from the Dbol. I was going to start the Adex just to combat the bloat but now it will do double duty.

Ive read varying opinions on amounts of nolva and adex. I was thinking 60 mg nolva until the syptoms subside and then 20 ED thoughout the cycle? Adex 1.25 and then .5 ED throughout the cycle?
