    well im in the middle of my third week of pct after a test e and prop (begining and end) cycle. right now im only down about 5-6 pounds, strength is down just a little but im still able to push the same weight, havent went down YET. my question is, should i be expecting it to get worse? right now it isnt bad at all im very pleased. i was down the first week of pct, depressed didnt want to work out, but now i feel the same. my appetite is the same i can eat exactly what i was eating no problem everyday. am i out of the clear or should i be looking for more lost gains??

    I just ran a test e cycle about 9 weeks ago. You need to try to up the calories more during the pct than during your cycle. This will help preserve the muscle you put on. As for the deppresion just try to focus on the good things in your day. You will be surprised what a little mind over matter can do.
