    steroid b lower back soreness

    any one here experiencing with i like to call steroid lowerback soreness .Eveytime im on a cycle especially when i do squats and when i jog i tend to get a hardhitting lower back soreness ,its like thats when u know ur on legit roids.

    yea bro i get the same thing somtimes. i wouldn't worry about it until you have a hard time pissing then something is wrong with your kidneys.

    yeah bro im not worry i shouldnt complain either i notice my lower back getting stronger and thicker

    Maybe your lower back needs to be stronger. When using A.S. you tend to train harder and your lower back may not be able to keep up. Try doing good mornings a bunch of different ways arched back, bent back, seated, there are endless variations. Maybe some ab work as well try facing away from a lat pulldown machine with a rope handle pull the rope down to the back of your neck and do standing crunches go pretty heavy to strenghten your abs. Pretty abs don't mean strong abs.
    Your lower back and abs support and stabilize all day too many people don't train properly for this. Maybe they just don't realize this ,give it a shot and I'm 99% sure your problems will be solved.
    If it's an injury get it checked out.
