    Too big too fast?

Are there any health risks to getting too big too fast? I started my cycle a month ago and I've put on 30lbs already. The thing is I don't think my body has adjusted to carrying around the extra poundage yet. I feel very sluggish and lazy at work now. I know it's not safe to lose weight at a fast rate but can that apply to gaining weight also? Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining about the weight but I just feel tired and lazy. Will my body eventually adjust? I'll be done the dbol in a few days so maybe losing some of the water will help. Anybody else ever feel this way?

And because I know someone will ask:
    Dbol 50mg ED 1-4wk
    Test E 500mg 1-14wk
    EQ 400mg 1-13wk
    Tren 50mg ED 3-14wk (maybe 3-16wk)

    Thx

My gut feels bloated as shit all day and night. When I wake up in the morning it's flat though. It's cuz I'm up all night pissing the water out.

No, fat hasn't went up at all. I eat very clean. Very boring and tasteless. Egg whites, oatmeal, chicken (5 + breasts ED), rice, steak, pork chops, protien shakes/bars and a little fruit through the day. The protein shakes are the most tasty thing I eat. 1.5 - 2 gal water ED. I eat a full meal almost every 2.5 hrs. Probably around 6000 cals/ 450gms protein.

So back to my question...is this why I'm so sluggish and so tired all the time? I sleep like 10-11 hrs a day. 8 at night and like a 2-3 hr nap after work. Is this from the extra poundage im hauling around? I paint houses so at work I'm always kneeling and climbing ladders and shit and it is way more draining than it was a month ago.

After you get off the dbol I am guessing you will some of that weight since dbol is notorious for water retention.....

This sounds like my experience a few years ago with Test E, gained 30 lbs in about 4 weeks....interestingly enough though, I felt absolutely amazing. not sluggish like you are. Anyway IMO its water for the most part, not a biggy

Gaining that much water weight that fast can put a lot of strain on your CV system. I remember one fellow here at AR who put on that much weight in a month and ended up with both kidney and liver failure from the resulting out-of-control blood pressure. If you haven't checked your BP you definitely need to do it, even at the free ones at the drug stores. If you check out okay (and be sure to do more than one reading) I wouldn't worry too much. I also agree that using anti-es to keep down the bloat is important.

The Dbol did it to you... expect to be slightly on the downward slide when you quit the dbol but stay on the other gear to solidify what you do have into keepable gains. Dont worry you get sluggish and tired at first, you will adapt and get used to the gains after a while but what helps is you'll probably loose 10 of those 30 lbs before or during PCT and you'll actually feel better when you do. Most guys get 15 to 20 lbs real gains, the excess is water bloats and other stuff going on.
