    PCT Weight Loss

    I am 1 week romoved from my first ever cycle (Prop/var) which lasted 8 weeks (my bottles were way underfilled). I gained about 15 lbs total and I have lost about 3 lbs so far but my strength is still about the same, maybe a little less. IS one week too soon to tell what gains I'm gonna keep?

    Yep, I started 2 days after my last injection of test p.

    i usually know what im going to keep by the end of pct...but that's me..just keep eating a lot during PCT, you might even up the cals/protein a little bit

    One week isn't enough, give it a good 6 weeks and see what you're left with.

    The longer your off the more gains you are going to loose. If you stop working out you will eventually loose everything you ever gained. Just look at some of the older pro's.

    What are you talking about?
    He never said he was going to stop working out, just wondered how much he'll lose after his PCT.

    With estrogen levels up you are going to feel uninspired to work out during PCT. You will not have the same pumps but the goal is to keep what you worked for while on. I just saw a guy last weekend that looked puney that always looked huge. He only works out when on. That is a joke and terrible for your health. Concentrate on cardio and leaning out when off and go for vascularity. You'll lose some strength and some size but count that as water leverage from the roids. That ain't real. Some guys I know look much bigger when they're off because they lose the bloat.
