I know I have heard something of this sort: that either B6 or B12 do one or both of the following:
1. Fights lethargy
2. Increases appetite
If this is correct, could someone tell me which does what?

Some say injectable B-12 increases appetite.

Yup..Some say its high but I run 1000mgs of B12 ed. Your energy will increase and it will stimulate your appetite, enough for you to see a noticable difference..Quote:
