Drop Dbol 1-week in? Add Superdrol?

Im just one week into my first cycle. 40mg Dbol Ed, 500mg Test Cyp and 400mg EQ. I've just discovered early gyno signs(sore nipples, small lumps). I started 80 mg Nolva and 1.5 mg Adex.

Would it hurt to drop the Dbol? I have used superdrol before as a stand alone. I was thinking of adding SD for the next 3 weeks in place of Dbol. When I ran SD alone, I had absolutely no problems. I had no problems with M1T. Dbol ain't for beginners...
