should you shot once a week 2cc

or take it every 3-4 days 1cc each

Unless you're running over a gram a week and then I'd break it down to 3x's a week..

yeah if I was running sust I'd run it EOD or ED. .5cc would depend on the dose and concentration.

That's the theory. But honestly, I know guys who shoot twice a week with minimal sides (save bloating) and still gain over 20lbs in a cycle. Usually it was one of their first cycles though.

I was shooting 500 once a week for the first 4 weeks. then switched to twice a week these last 4...no bloating..gained maybe 8-9 lbs. the only side I have had all along, which just "POPPED" up in the last 3 weeks or so, is maybe 5 pimples... other than that, nothing...and ya, this is the first cycle...

I think its important to give your advice and say "Why" this is true. Test E Mon-Thurs..BECAUSE............you want your blood levels as steady as you can get them, you dont want your test going way high and then dropping, then way high again..etc etc. to keep the blood levels more steady do it twice.

i do sustinol 250mg mon and 250mg thursday i gain really good wieght and sides a ok to!!! sustinol is to painful to injext eod or ed!!!! twice a week i always do it and i always gained well!!!!!!

ya, I hear ya.. Im cutting it with B-12 and it still makes it hard to sit after 8 weeks....gonna try test e on next cycle...

True - 1 gram = 1,000 mg BUT to figure out how much test you will need to know the concentration of the solution ie: 200mg / ml or 250 mg / ml etc etc.
