Var/Enth Dosage Break up

I'm about to start 40 mg/day of Var and 250 mg/week of Enth.

How should I break up my Var daily?

Any suggestions on when I should shoot the Enth? Pre-workout, etc. How long does it take for it to kick in?

2 var in the mid-am, 2 in the pm.

half life is long enough that you won't need to worry, but i never like taking all my orals at once.

you won't be weaker in the gym if you take them after your work out. the blood levels remain constant regardless.

as far as the enth, i'd hit it whenever you have time. i usually hit it after taking a shower post workout so my muscles are warm and relaxed before sticking them.

you should reevaulate your decision to run 250mg/WK...that level barely replaces your natural production and can still shut you down in post.
