try to thicken up your chest/shoulders. looking cut, now lets get massive. need more pics (legs, back, ect)

I will deff. my traps are way better it was a bad angle...thier actually like rainbows. any suggestions for what I can do for shoulder thickness?

stick to core, compound lifts like incline presses and such. do you do military press? keep it intense with reps around 6-8. what does your routine look like?

SAT-OFF
SUN-OFF
For shoulders..
seated military press, 3 sets
Dumbell Side raises, 3 sets
Cable Raises, 3 sets
Upright rows, 3 sets
For Chest
3 sets for each
Dumbell Press
Dumbell Incline Bench
Cable Crossovers
Decline Press

your on the right track for sure, just train low reps high intensity. i use dumbells for flat/incline bench for best bulk building... also peck deck and dont forget dips!! lean into them a bit to hit chest, its the chest building secret weapon!

strength gains YES deff. surprised im seeing them so quickly. I am doing a 13 week cycle of teste dosage 250 twice a week. Once I lose water I should have decent Abs but they still need alot of work. To be honest everyone else I have shown doesnt think anything of that picture. I myself think its average nothing special. I know alot of it is such motivational but For my diet im eating clean as can be...lots of steak and Chicken throughout the day with vegtables. I work at a grocery store so the meat dudes give me one hell of a deal. Supplements: Whey, Creatine, Multivitamin and Nitrox.

In the picture you definitley look hub. I think most average people on the street would see you and say "dude's buff".
Do you notice a little difference....or a HUGE difference in yourself?
When you flex, do you look down and think to yourself that you are NOTICEABLY bigger, fuller than before?

well thats pretty good for a few weeks in... took me 7 weeks before I looked in the mirror and said " now Im seeing a little bit of something ". but we are all different of course...

In the mirror i look like puney. I mean I dont even have complete abs in and a tight ass chest. I asked for some good critisim to make me better. if all i get are these GOOD comments and I know for a fact im far from arnold light years away. So i want to know what I can do to improve and take the next stepping stone

My friend and I share the same account for now cause we wanted to do this as a one time thing. He posted his pictures too as to so did I. Its not that confusing. If you look you can tell the backgrounds are the same in the pictures.

Yeah it sucks when people are nice to you doesnt it. But seriously your doin good. Take it slow. Arnold wasnt born arnold. You have a great start keep what your doing now it will be gradual bro. 200 is good for now maybey next year youll be 210, year after 220, year after....you get the picture. The big boys go through periods of bulking and shedding. Gain fat and muscle... and then get rid of the fat and keep most the muscle. Or you can just concentrate on getting ripped and strong- depends on what floats your boat. Just be consistent and patient and keep doing what your doing till things plataeu.
