    gain, gaining,and more gains

Hey guys of course I'm new and I'm tryin to gain before I start cycling. My question is would taking b12 be okay? All I have heard is that it increases your appetite. Any and all info will be appreciated.

dont think it will help u gain much. your appetite may increase a bit but not to where you are eating everything.

400+ grams protein, 3000+ calories, eat eat eat. When you're about to puke, eat some more. Try this eating cycle and let us know how it goes.

Lifting daily will burn calories...you dont gain by lifting , you are essentially "injuring" the muscle you train, and when you eat protein, among other things, that will help rebuild your muscle
