the cycle it's self will depend on wow hard you need to get and how much more size you need. diet has the bigest part in somthing like this.
and for competition alot of bros use dbol for three to seven days before the show.
thats tru alot use dbol or a bombs and some Halo maybe, but only for a few days before show to give the muscles that full look.Quote:
