Do I just rub a littel on the receding area once twice a day what?

Read the instructions or go to the website or do a search on yahoo. I imagine you put it on your crown where you'rer thinning out and your receding front. Make sure to really rub it in where you have bald spots and not just the hair. Although similar to Rogaine it probably works better for people going bald on their crown. Try it and see. I have Rogaine on hand, but haven't used it.
