    another newbie another ****in question

    ive done all the research, just need opinions,
    1.) true/false; when doing a cycle of eq, it is actually easier to bring back test if test is used in conjunction with eq
    2.)true/false; using eq alone will allow for easier maintenance of the gains made as opposed to with test

    Not sure but I wouldn't think so. Whether you use test or not you're going to be shut down so coming back shouldn't be any easier/harder.

    False. Though I don't think the adverse is true either (gains easier to keep with eq and test). I do think using test with EQ will improve the gains, but I don't think they will make them easier or harder to keep.
