will you critique my cycle

im 21 6'0 and 185lbs
how this for my first official cycle

1-4 dbol @ 40mg ed
1-11 equipoise @ 400 week
1-11 deca @400mg week (maybe, not sure if i should add this)
1-12 test e @ 500mg week
1-12 nolva @ 20mg ed

14-17 pct
day 1 300mg
day 2-11 100mg ed (every day)
day 12-21 50 mg ed

oh yea i bought some nolva and clomid from a.r.r. how much of this stuff should i take? is it any good? is the clomid taken orally or injected? they are all liquid. also i bought some novedex from a local muscle store. i thought it was the nolva but it doesn't have the "L" its just plain novedex. is it the same thing?

IMO I wouldnt do Deca AND EQ, its usually either/or...go with EQ IMO

Too many compounds for your first cycle. Putting in 1300mg of injectables a week on your first one isn't necessary. A straight test cycle would be best for your first cycle with a d-bol kick start.

ok bro like the guys have said i would not run th eq. this is what you should run.

1-4 d-bol 40mg day
1-12 test -e 500mg week mon and thurs 250mg injections
1-11 deca 400mg week mon and thurs 200mg injections
1-12 nolv 10mg day
1-11 b-6 200mg this is for the deca.

pct clomid and nolv 20mg day 12-pct

Yeah throw either the deca or the eq out. They both do pretty much the same thing anyway.

oops! Maybey their not the same exactly but close enough. Both are slow steady muscle builders. Both are slow to cause estrogenic side effects. Both can be used in either bulking or cutting cycles. Both have long esters attached. Ect.
My point is both have the same effect in a cycle both are used for the same effect (roughly) therefore discared one. Both arent nesisary in the same cycle.

. I was just givin my opion bros. Either way for a simple cycle I dont think both eq and deca is nessisary.

My opinion.

Deca isn't normally used in cutters due to the high water retention. Mass gains are a lot faster with deca then eq. Even though deca doesn't have estrogenic side effects it does have sides due to progesterone... So no, they dont really do the same thing at all.

well i started a dbol deca and eq cycle, but i didn't do any research and didn't know i had to take test as well. bad mistake and a waste of time and money. it only lasted for 3 weeks though 1st week 100mg of ea. 2nd 200mg of ea and 3rd 400mg of each. I got a little bit of mass in these three weeks but stopped. now im gonna do pct wait a few weeks and stat my real first cylce.

about that novedex, is it the same as the nolvadex .
