Roid virgin Please HELP

I have been training naturally for about five years. I have made gains but nothing really substantial. I have a good diet regime lots of protein and complex carbs but have come to a bit of a dead end. I am now thinking of progressing on to steroids but don’t really know which to use or how much to take.
