do you understand or do you want me to break it down further for you
I just finished my PCT after a 16weeker and I am busting to get back on! As a result I may consider using 10week cycles so I am not off for so long because I use time on = time off
haha stocky sorry i just didn't catch it the first time... however let me tell you what you could have said haha :wg:
the amount of time i am on the cycle is the amount of time i spend off the cycle!
amen heh
Anyhow gotcha

If you blood enzymes come back positive, start back up. I think short cycles are best, just coming off a 24wks. Will be starting back up as soon as my blood is checked and comes back positive

12 week cycle 4 weeks pct
next cycle 8 weeks after pct
is it just me who does that?
I count pct as being off as well. Although I always get bloodwork before I hop back on.

really as long as your blood work is fine you can jump straight back on cycle
but i like to wait a bit longer
"off cycle" is 1000'smg of test for some people.
When you guys get your blood test done, what do you get tested for. Chlorestoral and liver values?
I also count PCT as off time, but I don't run super long cycles do to my competitions, so I gotta cram them in when I can.
Well, I think you guys may be missing the point. The reason you make the off time roughly equal to the time on is so that your system stabilizes and runs stable for a while... I think shortening it might be a bit crazy actually. I mean...
Time on = 2 x Time off is probably a good policy... unless you're running only mildly suppressive things like Var. But time on = time off is a pretty smart move...
Can someone answer this one I am also curious, what would happen if the test comes back negative and you go back on a cycle?.. When you setup the appointment what do you ask, I need my blood checked? Do they ask you what for?Quote:
