going to start cyclel of test cyp 250mg a week for 8 weeks with winn tabs at 50mg a day starting at week 4 do i nedd an estrogene blocker please help

Always have anti-e's on hand even if you don't think you will need them... period. That means don't start your cycle until you have them.

Seriously if you are asking a quesiton like this, you need to do some more research.
But to answer your quesiton, yes, let me tell you there is nothing more desperate than someone who is on a cycle and is getting gyno, and has nothing to help with it. I always keep plenty of Anti Ester's, even when I know I won't get gyno.
