test e and cholesterol / BP??

OK - I've finally got my gear set to do a 12 week cycle of 500 mg / wk test e.
After reading Buylong's blood test post I'm a little freaked though. My precycle blood test (3 weeks ago) showed lipid levels as follows:

total 220
HDL: 45
LDL: 150

BP was 120 / 84

The lipid profile is avg for me and I've been doing cardio to keep the BP in check. Now I'm hearing horror stories about how test is gonna throw my lipids all out of whack and jack my BP. Anybody had any experience with what to expect on a 12 week cycle? I've started Niacin and policosanol ahead of starting the cycle, and I'm gonna take 10 mg / nolva throughout (hookers profile indicated it helps LDL / HDL) Any ideas - experience?
