Clomid Verses Nolvadex!!!

Hey guys one more simple question: I will be running

weeks 1-10 500 mg test E- 2 injections per week @ 250mg.
weeks 11-12 maintain clean diet and lifting with 20mg of Nova per day
weeks 13-14 20mg of nova per day
weeks 15-18 10mg of nova per day ( I then will keep running the nova at 10mg a day until I feel normal again.

My question is that I have heard and read up that Nolvadex and Clomid are both good PCTs to use. I just wanted to know if Nolvadex is the one I should use or if Clomid would be better on my first cycle?

Nolva is better then clomid, start pct 2 weeks after last shot, go 40mg for 2 weeks, then 20mg until you get your sex drive back

i dont think im using clomid again.... just nolva and ldex... i dont like to use more compounds than necessary

Some use Clomid/Nolva and some use just Nolva. It depends on how your body reacts to both combinations. Personally I am going to try both on my first cycle then I will try just Nolva. What works for you may not work for some one else.

A dose of 20mg/ED of Nolva is similar to 150mg/ED of Clomid.

fair enough if you have problems like with your eye's and you carn't use clomid fair enough run nlova only

but clomid/nolvadex time and time again has been proven to work

im going to use only nolva for my pct, 40mg/day for 2 weeks and then 20mg until sex drive is back, only question i have is about how long do u think i will have to run it at 20mg after i taper down from 40 to be back in check, i kno it varies from person to person but whats tha average?

I tried that once and took nolva for almost a total of 6 weeks... Another few weeks afterwards my sex drive came back. So for me that protocol takes nearly two months to recover verses one month.

did u keep around tha same amount of gains u think u wouldve kept if u had run clomid?

Well... first I believe I lost a few more lbs post cycle because trying to keep intensity up, diet in check is hard to due for an additional two months. I am a diet retard. But I always got my sex drive and energy back quicker with clomid.

Also, I have a hard time keeping gains, partly from not eating big and all the time, partly I believe I must be at my genetic point. I have a hard time keeping gains over 240lbs with 16-17% bf... so my genetics may only be structured for 215-225 lean muscle, roughly.

This statement is close to home for me also...Clomid creates bigger loads & during PCT thats got to be a good thing...IMHO...I do believe that nolva in the mix helps the situation too...

How much clomid do you take each day during PCT? Do you frontload?
