Oh didn't realize the other site was down.
For a first cycle i recommend 4days at 200mg/day and the rest of the time at 400mg/day (not more than 21 days though)..you can either do a 7 day cycle or a 20 day cycle, it's up to you..listen to your body.

You DON'T have to use T3 but as DNP lowers thyroid hormone production taking T3 will bring it up thus more fat loss (only a little bit) and less sweating, if you're not taking any AAS 25-50mcg of T3 is sufficient as T3 can be very catabolic.

The only thing i recommend taking while on DNP is a good multi-vitamin.

what do you do about carb depleting the first couple days or so? how did the diet look....

i read you deplete 3 days prior to the first day of DNP then on day 3 you eat 250g of carbs to casue a spike.... somehtign along those lines sounds familiar

    Yea..a friend

HE doesn't have to carb deplete, just tell him 150-200g of carbs on workout days (morning and pre or/and pwo) and less than 30g fat(EFAs), keep protein at 1.5g/lb. And less than 100g of carbs on off days early in the day.
Tell him to eat vaggies and fruit(as they replenish glycogen stores).

Ofcourse! Just not as heavy as he's used to.
And bro ED is too much, 2-3x/week is MORE than enough!

..Apparently he doesn't know how effective DNP is.

Yea drop the dex, he won't gain any muscle on DNP ..only maintain it or minimize loss and lose fat.

I know it's his first run, just tell him to listen to his body..tell him to work out regularly but NOT heavy..this will only help to preserve muscle and even burn more fat.

I work out and do cardio on 800-1200mg of DNP/day so i'm sure your friend will be fine.(ofcourse such a dose is VERY dangerous and is NOT recommended AT ALL).
